No, it doesnt work like that. Being constipated does not make you any more likely to devolpecolon cancer.
However, Colon cancer can constipation as symptom, but not vice vera.

No one knows what causes cancer, but we do know that many cancers are often associated with chronic inflammation and/or irritation and diseases such as Crohn?s and IBS are risk factors for colon cancer so chronic constipation could increase your risk for it. If you have periodic bouts of constipation I wouldn?t worry too much our bodies are not that fragile.
