LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - University?of Louisville has?announced budget problems.
Doctor James Ramsey says?the school?is facing tough times, but says he does not plan to make any university wide job cuts. Doctor Ramsey blames the state budget for the problems.
According to Ramsey, the school will find more cost saving measures and has had to raise tuition.
