The Citizen published Five flats for church

A FORMER church is being converted into flats.

The old Methodist Chapel in Upper Lydbrook is already being used as a house but the owners have now had permission to split it up into five apartments.

A design statement said no changes would be visible from the outside.

It added: "The floors are arranged around the existing central stairs and large double-height windows.

Each apartment benefits from two large bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom."

Planning permission has been granted.
